What are its Usages?
The Woohoo module is a designated page for reports on the weighted completion percentage of projects, allowing leaders and teams to easily track progress and make informed decisions.
Across four main categories, artists or supervisors/team leads can download reports on all works or projects in order to have an overview of understanding performance or project health.
A. TESSR Woohoo:
1. The Left Side: Woohoo Report Table
i. Reporting Types
All Projects
Displays projects’ information based on these three default statuses, “Planned”, “Active”, “Completed”.
Planned (Grey): tasks that have not been started or moved to progress. This status can be understood as 'To Do’.
Active (Blue): tasks that are being worked on. This could include multiple statuses given before completing a task, such as ‘In Progress’, ‘In Review’, ‘Retake’, etc.
Completed (Green): tasks that have been done and considered as ‘Closed’.
Projects by Status Template
To view your Woohoo reports through templates you have made in the Status Library, simply click on the “Select status template” drop-down menu. Here, instead of only displaying “Planned”, “Active” and “Completed” statuses, it will show what you have chosen to display, based on your template.
This type of report provides a closer look into how your workflow is on daily basis. With this detailed view, you can easily recognise what to do next, ensuring your personal performance and productivity.
ii. Sorting
Across ten different columns, you can sort the report in ascending or descending order.
Recommended sortings that can help you grasp a better view of your progress:
Due: If you want to check which project that is to be due soon, sort this out in “Descending” order. You might want to join this with “Planned” column to enable more insights which project should be planned in actions next, or to understand if your daily workflow has been productive/efficient.
Completed status (‘All Projects’ tab): If you wonder which projects have the least statistics in completion, sort this “Completed” status (Green) in the order of “Ascending”.
Woohoo: If you look for a quick overview of how far you are to your goal or target on each project, you can select “Descending” to see projects with more completion and vice versa.
iii. Preferences
Upon clicking onto the Gear icon, you can choose what exactly you want to view. There are four (4) levels you can select from, and it depends on how detailed you want the view to be. Preference choices include “Project”, “Process”, “Episode”, and “Take”.
Time ranges help you have a more focused view on your timeline. And speaking of reducing distractions, the “Hide completed” toggle can be turned on when you want to only view work that require action.
iv. Filter
You can filter scenes through six (6) different criteria. If you choose to filter by two or more options, the “AND” and “OR” toggles come into play.
The “AND” toggle will only show scenes that simultaneously all the filters you have set.
The “OR” toggle will show scenes that have at least one of the filters you opted for. Here are the six (6):
i. Favourite: Choose to show Favourited projects
ii. Take: View specific Takes, from specific Projects.
iii. Status Template: Choose from any available Status Templates.
iv. Start Date: Pick a range of Start Dates.
v. Dute Date: Pick a range of Due Dates.
vi. Last Updated On: Pick from a range of Dates, to display projects that were last updated on those dates.
2. The Right Side: Treemap, Download Reports, Favourite Status Templates
i. Treemap
The Treemap is an interactable, tile-based chart that visualises the statuses of the scenes in your projects. To view a close-up:
Click on the status: This provides the number of scenes of each project. The larger the number, the bigger the tile is. This proportional layout design visualises your progress.
Hover over to each tile: Once you click on the status, you can hover over each tile to see which project the tile is about.
View data in percentages: Besides that, you’re given the option to view data in percentage form instead, if that is what you’re more accustomed to.
ii. Download Report
You can get a personal copy of your Woohoo report, by clicking on the Download report button, beneath the Treemap. There are two (2) different formats: .csv and .xlsx, which you can download.
Now, you have all the rooms to work with these data on your personal space. From creating charts to analyse and build reports – the information will provide deeper insights once they are used right.
iii. Favourite Status Templates
Instead of switching from tab to tab and scrolling through however many status templates you may have, simply gain access to the Woohoo report with your favourite template from this section.
B. Standard Reports
